What is "piecewise" loading?
Large panorama images can be divided up into small tiles which will be loaded piece by piece. This makes it possible to navigate in the panorama during the load process (pieces display as they are loaded). Only the tiles which are necessary for the current view will be loaded.

What is a multi-resolution panorama?
Only the tiles of the "current" resolution will be loaded. So it will be possible to render gigantic panoramas without loading the whole panorama.

What is full screen capability?
Full screen capability means you can view the complete tour along with all the navigation tools in full screen mode.

What is HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography?
In image processing, computer graphics, and photography, high dynamic range imaging (HDRI or just HDR) is a set of techniques that allows a greater dynamic range of luminance between light and dark areas of a scene than normal digital imaging techniques. The intention of HDRI is to accurately represent the wide range of intensity levels found in real scenes ranging from direct sunlight to shadows. Read more here.

What is an interface?
Interface is the top layer of every tour that contains custom or non custom branding along with navigational tools. Basic interface enables visitors to navigate from one location to other, toggle between full screen and window mode. Every interface is fully customizable to fit your business needs.

What is the difference between a custom branded interface and a standard interface?
Custom branded interface will match the look and feel of your current business web site. You have the choice of navigational tools and the information displayed within the tour. Also custom branded tours will not have eTours360.com logo. Standard interface will include the agent contact information, property description and standard navigational tools.

What if I am a broker and don't wish to have eTrours360.com logo on my tours?
We can do that, but for a fee. If you wish to have custom branded tours please see the Commercial Tour pricing.

How long before I see my tour online?
Typically standard tours take 24 - 48 hours for post production. Once the tour is completed you will be notified by email. Commercial/Custom Branded tours typically take 5 - 7 days for post production due to the custom work that needs to be done.

Where is the tour hosted?
All tours are hosted on our server at no additional cost for up to 12 months. If you wish to take the tour down before the 12 months just let us know. If you with to keep the tour live for longer than 12 months also let us know. A fee may be applied to extend the hosting term.
